Cooling Off Period

This property allows you to cancel your booking within 3 days of making your deposit payment. Applying for cancellation within this cooling-off period means you will get your full deposit refund and will be released from the contract.

No Visa, No pay

Your booking can be cancelled for free if you are unable to get your travel Visa.

No Place, No Pay

Your booking can be cancelled for free if you are unable to meet academic requirements of your university of choice.

Full Policy

For arrivals in September, you may cancel and receive a refund of any monies paid up until 3pm (UK time) on 31st July. For January arrivals, the deadline is 3pm (UK time) on 30th November. In the case of cancellation, a £75 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. To cancel, you must notify us by email. Your first instalment (or full balance if you're not paying in instalments) is due 7 days before arrival. If we do not receive this payment on time, your reservation may be cancelled and no refund will be given.
