Once we have received your booking form we will confirm your booking and send a draft contract for you to read.  Once you confirm the dates and other details are correct we will send you a signable version of the contract.

Once this is signed, your contract is binding and you are liable for the rent for the full length of your contract.  If after this you wish to withdraw you will need to find yourself a replacement for your contract or pay it in full.
