By sign this Agreement you have accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the CCRs), you may cancel the Agreement by giving the supplier written notice of your intention to do so within 7 days from the date of acceptance, however there will be no refund of any paid deposit.

If you cancel this Agreement after 7 days from the date of acceptance, you will be liable for paying the accommodation fees for the remainder of the License Term, unless a replacement is found. Are placement must be a student who has not already registered for any the supplier's accommodation.
