Cancellation Policy
1. After Check-In
If you cancel your Hotel Student Stay after the Check-In Date:
- A cancellation fee equal to three (3) months' rent will apply.
- If less than three months remain in your stay, you’ll be charged for the entire remaining period.
- The month during which you cancel is non-refundable.
- You must check out on the date you confirm the cancellation.

City Tax is due if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months after your Check-In Date.
2. Within 14 Days of Booking
You can cancel free of charge within 14 days of booking, as long as your stay has not yet begun.
3. More Than 1 Month Before Check-In
Cancellation is free of charge if:
- You cancel at least one (1) calendar month before your Check-In Date, and
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of booking.
Example:
A booking made on 20 December with a Check-In Date on or after 1 February can be cancelled without penalty if cancelled by 3 January.
4. Less Than 1 Month Before Check-In (or more than 14 days after booking)
If you cancel less than one month before Check-In, or more than 14 days after booking:
- A cancellation fee equal to three (3) months' rent will apply.
- If your remaining stay is shorter, you’ll pay for the entire remaining duration.
- The current month is non-refundable.
5. Student Take Over (Alternative to Cancellation Fee)
Instead of paying a cancellation fee, you may find another student to take over your booking. Requirements:
- The new student must meet the same conditions and be enrolled at a university.
- The takeover must begin on the 1st of a month, and the request must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
- A €350 administrative fee applies.
- You must provide the new student’s full name, phone number, and email.
- The takeover is confirmed once the new student pays the deposit.
6. Late Arrival or Early Departure

No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
- Hotel Fees remain payable in full.
7. "No Place No Pay" / "No Visa No Pay"
These options may apply in specific situations. Please contact us directly for eligibility and documentation requirements.
8. Age Requirements
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay alone.
- Guests aged 17 must provide:
- Passport copies of both parents and the student
- A signed Parental Consent and Responsibility Notice
- Emergency contact details
Without this documentation, your booking cannot be confirmed.
9. Registration Requirements (Italy)
If staying in Italy:
- You must be registered with an Italian university or officially recognized institution.
- If staying more than 4 months, you are required to register as a resident.
- A copy of your registration must be submitted within 3 months of Check-In.
