Cancellation Within Six Weeks Before the Start Date

• You may cancel this agreement by providing written notice to us within the six-week period immediately before the Start Date.
• In this case, you will be liable to pay:
  • The Deposit Payment, which are non-refundable.
  • The amount for the six-week period in the Licence Fee.

Cancellation Due to Visa Refusal

• At least six weeks prior to the Start Date, you may cancel this agreement if you receive notice from the British Embassy that your visa application has been refused.
• To cancel, you must provide written notice to us and include a copy of the letter from the British Embassy within seven days of the date of issue.
• In this case, you will remain liable for the Deposit Payment.
• For any other issues related to visa refusal or delays, will apply from terms & conditions.

Cancellation by Us

• We may cancel this agreement by providing written notice to you prior to the Start Date.
• In this case, all fees previously paid under this agreement will be refunded to you.

Cancellation After the Start Date

• You may cancel this agreement after the Start Date, but you will be liable to pay:
  • The Licence Fee
  • The Bedding and Service Fee
  • Any fees for other services
