What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your student booking within 14 days of receiving your Accommodation Offer and receive a full refund of your holding fee. You can also cancel and receive your holding fee back if:

You don’t receive the grades needed for your university offer.
Your university offer is withdrawn.
You exceed your grades and choose a different university.
You are an international student who fails to obtain a UK visa before the tenancy start date.

This policy lets you book in advance without worrying about grades or visa outcomes.
